    Our reports are computer generated incorporating captioned digital photos ensuring an understandable clarity for those clients who cannot attend the inspection. The time we book with you is spent on the inspection of the property. It takes an additional 2-3 hours to compile the data and write the report. The report is then uploaded to a host site and a link e-mailed to you for you to view instantly. Generally, the report is delivered to you the same day of the inspection.
